- "Now that we are basically finished with the project, I wanted to drop you a note to let you know how much all of us appreciate the amazing work you guys have
done on our house. I still walk through all the rooms – kitchen, family room, and master bath in amazement that this is really my house! You succeeded in
capturing my ideas and turning it into a plan which met our goals – a home that we can completely enjoy that is natural and timeless. When we began
planning for an addition my plan was primarily to make the house more comfortable for our family. I never envisioned the scope of the difference this would
make for all of us. Everyone who walks in is captivated by our home. Not only is it incredible to look at but the overall function and design has made it so
completely livable. From all aspects it is a great place to be for my family and friends. When you live through a project day to day for so long you become sort of
immune to the outcome since it so gradually is being completed. Looking back at the past year it is great to see how much more pleasure all of us now get
from everyday activities including cooking, eating, hanging out together, having friends over, etc. We had a lot of visitors to our house including friends, family
and delivery people. We expected great feedback from our friends but without exception, everyone who has walked into our house even for 5 minutes has
made a point to compliment the kitchen and family room. Even my kids’ friends are all talking about it and telling their parents. Your team has been incredible
throughout the project and for the minor follow-up items we have had over the past year. I can truly say that the difference between this being just an addition
with more space to an incredibly exciting, livable and cool looking home is a result of the design and custom installation the Platinum Design team delivered.
