"We worked with Ian and his team at Platinum in re-building our kitchen and bathrooms after a large house fire. From the beginning, Ian and his team were extremely
knowledgeable, helpful and professional. From the beginning, Ian spent a great deal of time reviewing our needs, making sure he understood what we wanted, and
providing recommendations for those things we didn't even know to consider. He had many samples of woods and stains to choose from yet would be able to quickly
reduce the number of choices by zeroing in on our likes and dislikes. Once we had a master plan, he provided us with very detailed drawings that helped us visualize
what everything would look like. Based on those, we were able to make adjustments that suited our style. When it came to the installation, his team was top-notch.
They were neat, timely, and flexible. The quality of their work is evident as soon as you walk into our home. They even made a few minor changes to some of the
cabinets on the spot - without any problem. We were completely satisfied with everyone and everything about this project. We had a very nice kitchen and bathrooms
before the fire, but they are nothing compared to what Ian has built for us now.
