Dear Ian:

I am writing this note to you not only as a builder of a new house but as a friend.  I am so pleased we had the opportunity to meet with you two years ago.  I don’t think
Eric and I could have built our dream house without your creativity and vision.  We are so happy to be in and enjoying all the fruits of your labor.  I love coming home
and walking into my kitchen, enjoying/relaxing in my master bath, and looking at my kids pictures on your mantels you designed just for us.

Building a new home, as you and many others are aware is a completely mind-blowing, draining, all-consuming experience and you either love the process or love
the final outcome but rarely do you get to enjoy both and with your help, we really did.  You were accessible to us, any time, day or night and always tried to get back to
us within a reasonable time frame.  

At first, we were worried about your time, scheduling etc.. since you were so busy and the New Jersey housing market just continued its insane climb, but you did
reassure us many of times that we would be thrilled with the work and the outcome…We Are!  

In addition, the work would never have been designed, manufactured or developed by any kitchen/bath design house that we interviewed.  You were able to interpret
our vision and make it a reality.  I do not believe anyone else could have done that, no matter what price, and we interviewed every price point.  The house was worth
every penny, as was your design and process.

We are so thrilled with everything and love that we were able to work with such a kind, moral and honest designer, you were the only one that kept the process real
and we do appreciate it.  Thank you for everything and we look forward to even more projects in the future with you.
